BIOI was born in Manchester, England. From an early age I was interested in drawing and painting and soon discovered a love for Art. I attended St Brigid's boys school till the age of fifteen where I won a place at Manchester Art School; but didn't go. Most of my adult life I attended life classes at adult art schools in Manchester. Last year I appeared on channel 'M' in a programme called 'Interference'. I have exhibited in and around Manchester for several years. Now I show my work on the internet.
